Acting on a tip from one of my main bitches Jessie, I stopped by ULTA to try out this eyeshadow. I was hesitant because it kind of looked like a chalky mess in the case, but Jessie swore up and down it was heaven on her lids.
I have to agree. It's insanely sparkly, I got it in gold. It's sheer, but when the light catches it WHABAM! Instant glamour.
